• Special Dacromet treatment on the head bolts and mounting rails provide superior corrosion resistance and no maintenance
• Reduced stroke length increases diaphragm life because the diaphragms are not stressed
• Unique pulsation damper system absorbs pressure on all circuits resulting in a smoother flow of product. This unique technology provides dampening on 32 circuits instead of one, which reduces vibrations and allows for smooth operation
• Four diaphragm material options are available
• New check valve design - unique spherical shaped poppet and conical seat made of stainless steel ensures perfect sealing while delivering high volumetric efficiencies and more pumping capacity
• Pre-set diaphragm bolt and diaphragm washer are made of 316 stainless steel. This exclusive feature of the CDS-John Blue Diaphragm High Pressure Pumps results in better chemical resistance and longer life of the pump
• Each piston has two piston rings for improved piston seal to keep a film of oil between the piston and diaphragm
