Hypro Push-To-Connect Nozzle Bodies

Push-to-Connect nozzle bodies were designed for adapting fertilization and nutrient application kits to planters, seeders and toolbars. The Push-To-Connect nozzle bodies replace leak-prone threaded fittings in these systems with a design that utilizes a double O-Ring to provide superior sealing of the hose in the Push-to-Connect fitting.

• The Push-to-Connect nozzle bodies are available in two different configurations:
  • Push-to-Connect to Push-to-Connect configuration eliminates threaded fittings, providing fast maintenance and increased reliability
  • Push-to-Connect by Bayonet offers the flexibility of either standard spray tip caps or the Push-to-Connect FastCaps, which allow the use of flow regulating discs for precision metering
• Push-to-Connect nozzle bodies utilize a double O-Ring design for superior sealing of the hose in the Push to Connect fitting
• Nozzle bodies offered with either 4 PSI or 8 PSI diaphragm check valve
  
  Design:
• Compact design, with universal mounting tabs, provides a convenient and rigid mounting plate to allow for installation in a variety of locations, using either cable ties or screws
• Nozzle bodies manufactured from chemical-resistant nylon
• For use with 1/4" or 3/8" OD linear low-density polyethylene tubing
• Flow rate of 2.25 GPM at 5 PSI pressure drop, 3.30 GPM at 10 PSI pressure drop
• Pressure rating of 100 PSI
