Spraying Equipment Control Valves

The Spraying Equipment K-7906 and K-8010 units, 3/4" and 1-1/4" respectively, use a control valve principle that has had wide acceptance in the agricultural field for many years. They provide three functions: on-off control of liquid, pressure regulation and fluid bypass. Made of cast iron with Teflon, stainless steel and Viton internal parts, they are suitable for use with almost all agricultural chemicals. A built in base type plate on the K-7906 model provides convenient or easy mounting, and should it be required, the K-8010 can be supplied with a steel base kit at an additional cost.

Adjustment of the set screw allows any desired amount of liquid to pass thru the discharge port of the valve with the balance of the fluid being returned to the tank from the bypass port. Once the set screw is positioned for the desired volume or pressure the operator may open and close the valve an indefinite number of times and always return to the preset condition.
